We want you to love your KR by Ridham jewellery. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Items must not be damaged by misuse or wear
- Custom / made-to-order items are non-returnable
How to Initiate a Return
- WhatsApp us at +91 82900 69395 with your Order ID and reason for return
- Share photos of the item and packaging
- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours
- Ship the item back using a tracked courier service
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Online payments (Razorpay): Refund processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- WhatsApp / COD orders: Refund issued as store credit or bank transfer within 7–10 business days
Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or design issues (subject to availability). WhatsApp us to check availability before shipping back your item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Sale / clearance items (unless defective)
