Delivery Coverage

We ship Pan India — to all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499
• ₹60 flat shipping on orders below ₹499
• COD charge: Additional ₹30 for Cash on Delivery orders

Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp message with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an AWB (tracking) number via WhatsApp and email. You can track your order on the Track Order page or directly on the courier's website.

Packaging

All jewellery is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Premium orders are packed in gift-worthy boxes.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery or hold the package for pickup. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
